About Us

 The President presides at all meetings of the Association.  She/he shall appoint the members of committees and representatives not otherwise provided for in the By-Laws.  They shall be Chairman of the Executive Committee and shall have executive supervision over the activities of the Association.

Term Length: 1 year President Elect, 1 year President, 2 years Past President (all consecutive)

The treasurer is responsible for tracking and ensuring the fiscal responsibility of the PAA. They are responsible for filing annual reports, updating the raffle license, and providing an annual report to the general membership. They are a member of the Executive Committee.

Term Length: 3 years*

Keeps the minutes of the Association and of the Executive Committee meetings maintain a list of Board of Director members, helps conduct the business of the Association, arrange programs and meetings, edit publications of the Association, fund raise and render an annual report.  They are member of the Executive Committee. 

Term Length: 2 years

These roles join the Executive Committee in advisory capacities. They are expected to assist the other Officer positions in coordinating PAA sponsored events, including but not limited to the Alumni Golf Outing, the Alumni Tailgate, Trivia, and the Annual Meeting Luncheon. There are 2 New Practitioner roles that rotate every other year. There are 4 Director roles, one of which is a non-PharmD alumnus.

Term Length Director: 3 years
